Over at WPWebHost they are searching for the best designed site supported by WordPress.  Now, I know my site isn’t perfect. And really the new version is not completely solid, but I have decided to throw my hat into the ring.

However, I have a bit of a problem.  I am unsure as to which category to submit my entry.  The five options are:

1. Best Clean & Minimalist
2. Best Retro & Vintage
3. Best Grunge
4. Best Hand-Drawing Style
5. Best Modern & Elegant

Although right away, I can eliminate Grunge and Hand-Drawn.

I believe my site is Clean, however I would never go far to say that it is Minimalist.  I think I have far too many visual elements to fit into that category.  I also think that it has a Modern appeal, but the chubby little bird isn’t exactly elegant.  I could possibly also call it a little Retro/Vintage in that my bird logo has a some 70s flare while the grass and sky hopefully bring to mind some fun and carefree days. Perhaps I am stretching, but I think I will go with Best Retro & Vintage.

Wish me luck!  I’ll update if I make it into the top 10 and need your votes.
