Equipment

The majority of my photographs are digital taken with an Olympus E-500 Digital SLR allowing for high quality, large prints. When I shoot with film, I usually use an inexpensive, plastic camera called the Holga with which I can experiment taking more abstract photographs, often with an other-worldly atmosphere.

Experience

I have experience photographing difficult subjects, and in difficult situations. I am no stranger to food photography, as demonstrated by my undergraduate project Easier than Pie, a cookbook featuring simple recipes. I also shoot frequently in low light situations, which often lead to blurry photographs, but my knowledge and extensive familiarity with my camera, as well as my trusty tripod, makes difficult lighting situations almost a non-issue.
